Frutee Smoothee
My ingredients:
1 Papaya
1 handful Blackberries
1 handful Blueberries
1 ripe Banana
2 cups Soya Milk
1 tsp Chia Seeds
This is my Smoothie for today packed full of healthy yet tasty stuff, easy peasy to make and is absolutely refreshing and filling.
